Torso 35 is a pine relief carving.  Then mounted on a Formica mat and framed for hanging 16¾”by14”.  Artistic appreciation of the nude female form is Thomas Haney’s preferred subject matter.  The torso is a classic art form.  This one’s title addition of thirty-five came from its number in the brochure of an earlier show.  When you buy this piece for your wall her name becomes your choice.
